How it Works

Eligibility
To be eligible to receive your cash now from an inheritance, the following requirements must be met:
- You must be an heir or beneficiary of an estate.
- The estate must be in probate
- The heir or beneficiary must be eligible to inherit $15,000 or more
If you are serving as a trustee of a testamentary or other trust, AIC may be able to allocate funds to the trust or to trust beneficiaries prior to a final distribution or a recurring distribution.
